Visit to Wild Ireland

Mrs E Doherty's Senior Infants had a very exciting visit to Wild Ireland recently. They met Bu and Tyapa, two brown bears rescued by Killian, after many years of planning and organising, to bring them out of captivity and safely to their new home. The children had a wonderful time, they had lots of questions for Killian and they even met the crew from RTE television! All at Scoil Íosagáin wish to congratulate Killian for the great work he has undertaken to provide a safe habitat for the bears and other animals, and for the magnificent environment that he has created at Wild Ireland. We're all very proud of Rigan's Daddy! Well done Killian.
